ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHERS

Deborah Feingold 

The Mariah shot is from Deborah Feingold, whose extensive career has seen her shoot pop icons beyond Mariah such as Madonna, James Brown, Pharrell, Brian Eno and Annie Lennox. With work featured across Rolling Stone, Time Magazine, Newsweek and the New York Times, among many other publications. 

Her early career started out shooting jazz greats including Chet Baker, Don Cherry and Gil Evans to name a few.

Gregory Bojorquez

The Mannie Fresh shot is from Gregory Bojorquez. Born in L.A., Gregory began photographing in his teens. The intimate images he captured in East L.A. were not the product of structured photo sessions or assignments; They were shot from the perspective of a young man hanging out with friends and neighbors.

Gregory began his professional career photographing for the L.A. Weekly. Assignments for magazines and labels naturally followed.  His portraits of personalities such as Snoop Dogg and Mike Tyson appeared in publications such as Rolling Stone, LA Times and FHM.
