Wax Poetics is proud to announce an exclusive auction in collaboration with Victor Simonelli, one of New York’s most respected DJ / producers and an early pioneer of a movement that grew from underground dancefloors into a culture-defining global force.

The collection features a curated selection of artefacts spanning Disco through early House music from Simonelli’s personal archive — each carrying deep cultural significance from an era when dancefloors shaped identity and underground clubs defined the future of music.

From Grace Jones’ early performances to the final chapter of Paradise Garage, Simonelli stood at the heart of dance music’s formative years, contributing to its evolution while immersed in the social circles that wrote its history.
